Callista Addis

2016

Callista Addis is a senior at Duke University where she is double majoring in Cultural Anthropology and Global Health. She has worked in Ghana performing research on the effectiveness of several NGOs and their impact on Accra?s market economy. She is currently volunteering with a project that examines the connection between nutrition and cognition as well as a study that analyzes the correlation between binge eating and memory. In between promoting maternal and child health and preparing for Physician Assistant School, Callista is an avid ballerina, having danced for the past 14 years. She also enjoys backpacking, Pilates, epidemiology, travel photography and good books accompanied by loose-leaf tea.
