Our study examines the maladaptive and adaptive behaviors associated with perfectionism.

We focus on how these patterns emerge, evolve, and shape the experiences, well-being, and academic functioning of college students.

We also aim to better understand the interpersonal, environmental, and psychological factors that contribute to the development, maintenance, and impact of perfectionistic tendencies.

We ultimately aim to help students mitigate the adverse effects of perfectionism and promote healthier, more sustainable forms of achievement.
