Kaela recently graduated from Duke University with a B.A. in Psychology of Gender and Sexuality with honors in Psychology. During her time at Duke, Kaela worked in the Identity and Diversity Lab and is interested in continuing to explore questions related to race, gender, and sexuality and their implications within psychological research. She currently works as the Clinical Research Specialist for the Duke Tummy Pain Study and enjoys working with children and families. Outside of research, Kaela teaches Pilates-Barre classes and is an avid dancer. She is enjoying post-grad life by attending the Durham Farmer's Market each week, exploring new restaurants downtown, and becoming a huge Durham Bulls fan!
