Ankita Das 

Research Assistant


Ankita is a senior at Duke University pursuing a Neuroscience major. She is particularly interested in the underlying neural correlates of mental health as well as environmental contributions of socializing agents such as interpersonal relationships and societal and cultural institutions. She hopes to a career at the intersection of service, public health, and medicine. Her on-campus interests include Best Buddies, PeerForYou, Camp Kesem, and Global Medical Brigades. She has previously worked with Lori Keeling on her study of binge-eating and memory as well as performing literature reviews and learning the ropes of SPSS. She returns home to Little Rock, Arkansas and enjoys running, art museums, and a wide variety of music.
